...Is this a joke?
After all the penny pinching we did and missed out on thiago, fabregas, herrera and baines, we then just chuck an extra 4 million at Everton for a decent but not great player.
Truly ashamed of this club today. Woodward should never show his face at united again. Absolute disgrace. I cannot find the words to describe this mess.
I swear to god if we use Fellaini as a battering ram striker as opposed to a defensive midfielder.......
27.5m for Fellaini

Utd don't have money

this is probably the case

Combo we all know what Utd's weaknesses are. Moyes and that Ed guy have tried to get players in though even if not successful.
What Im saying is, its not as if Fergie left a relegation threatened team behind. You stil kept Rooney. Big plus point. Youve signed the big afro guy too.

Utd have an 89 point team (including Fergie's ref influence admittedly) and added a beast who is both a centremid and plan B in attack. Or vice versa.
I think your reaction is a bit absurd. Big changes would be too risky at this point anyway considering the new manager.

its not a big risk to buy decent midfielders
i dont get this making too many changes arguement. we have giggs(nearly 40), cleverley(average), anderson(injury prone), fletcher(injured and will never be the same), and Carrick (our only decent midfielder). dont forget scholes had not been replaced.
Any player is an improvement over this midfield of ours. We are far too thin and an injury to Carrick and I would seriously fear for our top 4 spot.

Rooney questioned the board's signings 2 years ago.
How will he feel tonight ?

Misty, maybe its a learning curve for Woodward and Moyes then. Compare your window to what Arsenal fans have endured for many years. I know you're bigger than Arsenal but they've had many summers where the board have shown their ineptitude. They sold you their best player last year. I'm not tryna rub it in. Just saying what i see. A lot of Utd fans overreacting.

Nah, just venting really. I can live with a learning curve for a manager but I would prefer a more experienced Director handling our commercial affairs. And if they have that much to learn by trial and error then really they should stick to the old regime's policy of keeping our business quiet and under the radar.

could be the instructions the owners gave him, his hands might have been tied
