A Real Madrid Fan tells us his view

It's really painful for me to see Real Madrid to sell Ozil. In my opinion, Bale's purchase was a luxury rather than necessity in the first place. Ozil was what Real needed to keep in long term.
He has the flair and mixture of Iniesta and Xavi, and his loads of assists was already proven that he's the key if Real wants to exploit the speed of Ronaldo, Benzema, Di Maria and Bale, especially in counter attacks. Very few players in European football actually had such vision in dictating and channeling the ball like Ozil when the team is under pressure and seeking for space for counter attacks. The reason why Real Madrid managed to defeat Barca last season wasn't Ronaldo, it was Ozil.
Worst transfer for Real Madrid, a bargain for Arsenal.
