Good result, one win darn, one to go!
No excuse Darn, there is a problem with England not having enough talented players. The Premiership has been the culprit. Do you remember when they were floating the idea of the Premiership? It would enhance the skills of the English players by playing alongside the top class European players, they said, I say ball locks! How many English players actually play for the top teams, compared to the European ones? Not enough for sure!
Time to have a cap on the European players allowed to play for a club and a cap on their wages, lazy, feigning injury bar stools.

a win is a win I suppose...but all those backward passes do my head in. It is the most boring tactic in football I've ever seen..We had about 20 passes, all in our own half and 3 of which went back to the goalie...
No wonder the stadium was only 2/3rds full ..for a World Cup game..
The fans are being robbed of entertainment, and I know there is another crucial game on Tuesday...but I started to watch the N Ireland v Portugal game in the end.

I still think that other nations wont have anywhere like as many "injured" players missing.. it does make you wonder...
we all know many agents/foreign managers etc "advised" their younger clients/players to have an injury so they missed the u20s and u21s tournaments earlier this year...
foreign managers clearly have no love or thought for the England set up, fergurson has always been quite open about it...
the premier league and the fa need to work on it...
