Curly, agreed Gazza obviously has issues, shame really that no one can take him under a wing. It was tge same for George Best and Alex Higgins, nobody had the courage to say no to them!

As a bear from down Belfast way,I love Best,Higgins and Gazza,and they indeed need/needed help,but they have to want it,mate.

As you say,plenty out there use and abuse,rather than help guys.
Thousands of wee men and women just drink and stone their ways to early graves also,and none of us know about them.

Your right about the little person, many of them have fallen foul of the demons and I feel very sorry for many of them. But the celebs have been in the public limelight for years, surely there must be some professional people out there that could have turned them round.
