According to the bbc galatasaray confirmed last night that hes going to A. Madrid, no details of the transfer fee revealed by bbc. This must mean he was never a real target for chelsea or surely we wud have made a move, I would have liked to see him at chelsea but there are more good wingers out there.

Yes but thats the rate other clubs expect cfc to pay, still 18mil for turan or 30+mil for hazard, who's club dont want to let him go, we missed out on a good winger I think.

I'm not sure, some people say he's very over-rated and wouldn't even be much of an improvement on Malouda. I would prefer we get some real quailty in this are ilke Mata or Hazard instead of going for someone who might not be good enough

I would prefer a left-footer. Someone to counter-act the goal threat and directness Sturridge provides on the right with crossing and width.
