Chicharito

I'm deeply concerned that we are going to lose Chicharito. He's not getting started in any games & I think that's a mistake. He is world class & causes defences many problems when he plays. I fear that he will ask to leave soon should he not get more game time. I know he gets frustrating when he fails to beat the offside trap, but for me this is his only weakness. He's a brilliant player with an amazing attitude. I can only hope that he gets more time on the pitch. I hope that Moyes sees that he needs to play him more.

bloodred, i am no wum. i rate hernandez highly as i am half portugese and like to watch the latin players. i have some mexican blood in me apparently and it makes me proud that a mexican is playing fir the best team in tge world. Hernandez is our best player along with carrick and rafael. he can score more than 30 goals if he plays more.

Chico can only play the no9 role.... He is not better than RVP, so his chances will be fewer, but he will get plenty of games.... Possibly starting this Tuesday

He'll be gone by the end of this season. Apart from the last 15 minutes when we need a Premier League goal / early stages of CC and FA / Van Persie needs a rest, he won't be playing.

I think he's genuinely stayed as going anywhere else means no trophies as it's not like the big dogs are calling.

He's one of my favourites too. Sad to see him in a no-win situation!

Regular squad player for United ain't that bad...better than a star in lower league...Don't see him complaining do you?

As a striker, Hernandez is more clinical than Rooney.

Rooney may be a better all round player but s strikers, Hernandez positions better, puts away half chances while Rooney needs a clear-cut chance and MISSES SITTERS.

One on one you have to fancy Chicharito, plus his better in the air.

Rooney is a better finisher than Hernandez. Suggesting otherwise falls in line with the myth. As evidenced even yesterday, his proclivity to scuff easy chances into the ground isn't disappearing anytime soon.

He isn't "world class" and he'll play less than the rest of our forwards due to his inability to play effectively elsewhere. I like the lad, but he shouldn't be playing ahead of better strikers. He's a great impact sub and cup player, that'll get the odd league start here and there. In truth, our squad is massive so there will be several players regressing and suffering due to a lack of game time this season. Why Zaha hasn't went out on loan is beyond me. If at Palace, he'd have already played 3 PL matches against quality opposition. Can't beat the real thing.

As an Arsenal fan I really rate Hernandez and he'd be ideal for us considering our lack of strikers. I hope we don't sign a striker in the calibre of Suarez/Benzema as it will just harm Giroud's development. I really rate Hernandez and would love it if he was our no2 choice striker.
Most Arsenal fans don't rate him though

But would United consider selling him to Arsenal? I don't know.

Hernandez's goal scoring record is scary good. Minutes to goal ratio I'd imagine it's better than RVP's and Rooney's for us easily. He's a goal machine.

So what if he's not great coming deep with his back to goal. It's not his game to do that. Gary Lineker never was either. He was a goal scorer just like Hernandez is.

2-0 down at Villa last season playing awfully. Hernandez comes on scores a hat trick and wins us the match. Who do Arsenal have on the bench capable of doing that?

He's just become Mexico's third all time record scorer too I believe at the age of 25 and he's only about 12 goals shy of first place too.

If you don't rate Hernandez as a striker then Football is not your strong point. Arsenal fans think everybody from 1-11 has to be like Fabregas on the ball and I think United have proved that's not the case in last 20 odd years.
