I think I would be like you to be honest, unhappy but not able to do anything about it. I hope that like you I would at least have the courage to admit I don't like it rather than attempt to defend him! Few of our heroes are actually the kind of wonderful people we fondly imagine them to be but Henderson is too far beyond what is tolerable for someone supposed to be representing a club. As fans we can at least express disquiet at this sort of thing, and of course the even more questionable appointment of Jim Price. Then there's the media blackout aswell. It's a far cry from the type of club that Forest have been in the past, and fans should have the courage to speak out more.

All that is necessary for evil to prosper is for good people like caniggia to sit by and do nothing. Start protesting! Get twittering to Fawaz and tell him you don't want thugs in the club!

Well yes the Price appointment doesn't sit that comfortably either but there have always been unsavoury characters working in football clubs - friends of owners, managers etc - I'm sure Derby has some too. You certainly have in the past! It doesn't make it ok but it won't affect my support for the club.

The Price business does leave a bad taste. I cant see it lasting as it is too disruptive and I am sure it will come to a head this season. Obviously, as fans, we won't want it to affect the playing side of things but that is far from a given. Unfortunately, football seems to be a magnet for this type of charactor. You weed them out eventually, such as Irving Scholar, then end up with Marthur!
