of course city are still favs, 1 to 11 they have by far the strongest team, Chelsea will be 2nd and you man u and hopefully us maybe 8-9 points behind battling for 3 and 4th. The table wont take any shape till the end of November-early December, its only 5 games in everyone needs to calm down

oh so we are favs then OP.
why don't you put your money where your mouth is.
Even Arsene wouldn't have us as favourites

Where did I say I thought we were favorites?? My point was that even though both Arsenal and Tottenham are above Man City Sky can't say anything but that city are favorites for the title.
1.It's way to early to even be thinking about who are favorites and 2. going by the table Arsenal, Chelsea and Tottenham are all in the hunt going by current performance.

Riffshere, you better tell the bookies it is too early for favourites . ..

DJ, My point was that even though on current form both Tottenham and us are flying with 12 points each Sky are biased towards City,Man Utd or Chelsea.

The counter point would be that the first 5 games rarely define a season. Despite the form of certain teams others remain more likely to win the league. Pundits have to reflect this.

Suppose that's a fair comment DJ. Still think its a bit harsh given that both ourselves and Tottenham have so far had a pretty good start to the season and given that both teams have brought in improving players (Ozil for us and pretty much half a new squad for Tottenham) the fact that the pundits still think that only Man City or Chelsea (or other moneyed clubs) are favorites to win the title.
