Many of you on here have been concerned about the lack of options in the DM position. I just wanted to get people's thoughts on Gary Medel as a possible back up to Lucas?
He is extremely fit, never stops running, good in the tackle, always available to receive the ball and is a decent passer of the ball. I think he would be the ideal backup and would improve the squad. Whats everyone's thoughts?

I've watched him for Cardiff since the start of the season and some of the Cardiff per season games. He's not a flair player but he does the simple things really well.

Why would Cardiff sell him when they have only had him 5 minutes?
BR is rumoured to be targeting central midfield in January for reinforcements, so we won't be buying Medel.

He does go past, in fact today he was pressing their centre backs and was everywhere. He didn't seem to tire at all.
