To start planning for a replacement manager ASAP, before its to late and get some ambition.
If we get beat next game, Do not recall us starting a new season and have us get beat 5 on the bounce and not sack the manager, when was last time that happend?
The more I look at what bm has done at Leeds this season the worse I think he is, got very little right this season, am starting to think he's the worse manager of all time. BM Has made such a mess I think a relegation battle may happen with him or with out, don't trust him, send reading down no reason he could not us.
Is out of his depth, this is not reading.
Of course loads of time to turn it around, but I don't think we will in terms of going up.
There is a wonderful wonderful manager in mon on a freebe who we should be doing every thing in our power to get in.
A proper manager manager for a proper club. Let's beat the Irish and get him in. To get a manager like this you going need ambition.
Let him see out the season see and what he wants for next season, lots of players contracts will be up so it will be a clean start for us.
Will be better off for it in the long run.

Nw was doing better with this squad and mon is a better manager so would do even better.
Mon is a manager that will get the best out the players and he likes young players,
He had tools 1M and wasted it on player did not need.

You can't have it all ways, looking down on a manager like mon thats done it all yet talking up one like bm that's done not a lot.

Yeah he did, 4 defeats (what we are on now) on the bonce and 4 points joint bottom cost him. If they was a bigger club they would changed at x-mas.
And it looks like he would not spend there as he will not here....
