I genuinely believe....

that some United fans out there would have like had we lost tonight. Give their pathetic Moyes out attacks more fire power...

Sure we didn't play very well but we earned our point.

When was the last time we blew any team away in Europe??

But I don't understand, Fergie was an even more experienced manager who was well established at the club but this was HIS squad who you don't think was good enough.

And Fergie was not known for always picking his best players or making the right subs yet he won titles - maybe they know more that you?

Mex, I'll ask again - when was the last time united played attractive football???

We haven't for years. Now we have changed manager then give him a chance to get his own style, it's been 9 games...

we'll see how many titles we'll continue to win with this current squad this season wont we

Mex
Just a thought, but playing a different way to SAF might mean he would utilise players differently. He will see players in a different way as their manager as that of an opposing team's manager.
We can only speculate as to what he intends to do with our formation and tactics. I didn't pay too much attention into how he did things at Everton. Maybe you did, and know his intentions better than me, but I'm of the opinion of giving him more time to settle in and prove his worth than 9 competitive games. The players in our squad will also need time to get used to a different management team and style too.

Everton have changed their style already, so have Bayern and Chelsea, its not impossible

and if he did try and change things, fans would actually give him more of a chance, they see "oh he's trying to change things here and there lets see how it works out", instead we are playing even worse than last season, at least Fergie would normally try and make a positive change if things wern't going right

You still have not answered - when was the last time Untied consistently played good football?

Every team, manager, club is different. Most managers now come in to turn the clubs fortunes around, not take over a title winning side and taking over from the most successful manager in history. If he had tried to change everything, with the players we have, he would be out by xmas.
