Arsenal and Bayern Munich tried to buy Lars Bender, but Bayer have said no.
But I understand his BuyOutClause is valid AFTER this season

Don't know how good he is on transfer news, but he's good friends with Gary and Rio. Raphael Honigstein rates him as well, but what do we think if it's true? I don't watch the Bundesliga, but is he the better one out of the Bender brothers?

I said we need a Keano type midfielder, if this Lars Bender is box-to-box like Keano was then I would like to see him signed. This is my opinion on any decent box to box player out there in Europe, not only him.

he is a very good midfielder, wouldnt say hes the keano type though. i wanted us to sign him in the summer
