As per topic title really, just seen he's out of contract in the summer and I highly doubt we're going to be offering another, so why are we continuing to loan him out (as we have been doing for the past 2 seasons), why don't we try and cash in now before its too late? I know the fee would be minimal, I reckon around 300K but somethings better than nothing, and the wages would be off our books.
Personally I think he's a good player but not what we need, would be decent in a league 1 side. He destroyed blackpool in the away game in the 09/10 season.
Why aren't we selling N'Guessan?

I think the Millwall loan might have an agreement to buy if he does well. For all we know the previous loans might also have had the same agreement but he didn't do well enough.
From other clubs point of view, I can see why they wouldn't want to buy straight away. A player who's known for blowing extremely hot and cold so it's wise to see how he fares for a 6 month period and see if he can get more consistent. If so, buy him. If not, you send him back at no cost to yourselves.
I'm sure someone will be willing to take a punt on N'Guessan in Jan.

Blackpool, as there are only a handful of clubs in League 1 capable of spending £300,000 I would guess that he will eventually leave on a free

doubt we'd get much more than £150k tbh

I think Greatness makes a good point on this - As much as we'd like to sell him, people are unlikely to want to gamble on buying him. After all, he didn't exactly set League 1 alight with Southampton last year. I reckon a fee of £100k max, and probably a free transfer.
