Just got in. Thought the draw was just about a fair result. If Anelka finished those chances we'd be sitting on another 3 points but I'll take thar point.
We must not forget...Arsenal came into the game buzzing. Without doubt the team of the season so far and I though we made them look fairly average.
But on to us. We are looking very impressive at the minute. We look a real good team. Creating chances, playing with pace and giving teams all sorts of problems.
Few things.-
• 4 games unbeaten now
• still unbeaten away
• 8 points out the last 12
• taken points of Arsenal, Man U, Everton (top teams)
Things are looking good.
Boing Boing
Just about fair.

Really really shocked by this. I saw this guy every week in the Smethwick End. Always smiling

That's a good result. Who else scored?
Wow that is sad news. I hope Albion do something to commensurate him. Maybe a mark of respect at the next home game.

Sure they will pal.
I know Roofe scored and I think Alex Jones scored. Not sure on the other 1. Nice for the under 21s to get a win actually, think they've been struggling of late.
So we know Vydra should be good for Stoke. What of Thorne, Reidy and Gera. (Anichebe and Sinclair should be fit) and we finally have a fully fit squad.

When those players return, Clarke is going to have a real headache over not just the starting 11 but who is also going to be on the bench with many quality players who can do a good job when called upon having to miss out. This is something that Hodgson, RDM, Mowbray etc never had and that shows just how far we have come in the last year or so. Credit to Peace, Ashworth, Garlic, Clarke and anyone else that is involved in the transfers.

International break may have come at a good time, chance to get everyone back fit versus a break when we have momentum. Looking forward to the Clayheads though, Hughes sacked in the morning?

If we play like we have in the past 3 games, then we should take the points at Stoke. But footy rarely works like that and it will be a tough game.
I'm going aswell, I can't wait
