Well, Champers, I hope you placed your money on the result, and not the score. Barnett scored our winner. He was totally ineffectual for us in the Championship last season. It will be interesting to see how he will do against Huddersfield et al next season. If he can maintain this sort of form next season, we'll do well.

Pity Orient won, although credit where credit is due. Our game against them at home on 2 November should be a cracker.

To be fair FA Cup rounds 1 and 2 are like a lost Saturday also, as the interest generally isn't there.

Are Posh scheduled to be on Sky any time in the near future?

The only Posh game on SKY scheduled so far, SirKen, is the away game against Walsall on Monday, 18 November

I assume that'll be when the World Cup playoffs are taking place.
