Funny thing when Sachin started playing in 1989 Liverpool were the big dogs in fact it was end of them.
SAF won loads with United in those 24 years and now Sachin retires same year as SAF and may be beginning of United.
Does it make sense

Even from a person from Pakistani decent I have to pay homage to a true sportsman and a gentlemen.
Enjoy your retirement Sachin and remember fondly of your days as the best batsman ever even said so by Akram.

Yes Sachin was an extremely good player but not a match-winner as India lost many matches when he scored centuries in those matches.
His retirement won't be the end of United but I hope it is as I am tired of seeing them win every year.
