nope. basically I want to take 3 weeks off. And its not lik I've been stacking them because when I have asked in the summer to take them off they got rejected

In all seriousness, if you don't get compensated for your holidays and lose them, you could sue your company, specially if you have kept your request form.

they want me to take 1 week off then back to work for a week then another week off etc...

Read your contract and if they haven't stipulate on it that your are not allowed more than 7 days in a row, then they can't stop you.
Mine said that I'm only allow 15 days in row but more can be agreed if no major deadline/meeting scheduled at the time of request.

He isnt even that good when he plays. Basically he is Arsenal's version of Anderson

Diaby will be back before Christmas and prove his worth.

Although I do feel he is becoming our Ledley King.

I think its best if we dont use him at all this season. We have enough players in his posiyion now. Let him make a proper recovery instead of rushing him. Bring him back in pre season and hopefully he'll become the player we know he can

Inconsistency is ok considering what hes been through. If anyone expects him to come in and play at his best every week they are deluded. Id rather he be inconsistent then continue suffering
