Arsenal have been accused of trying to score the perfect goal and yesterday we may have scored it. Its hard to imagine that any other teams in the PL could have scored that goal. Wilshere picked it up just outside our area and took it up field with a few 1-2s and getting it back, I think the shot was his fourth bit of possession in the move. Maybe Chelsea or City could have done it from end to end like that, but the ability has cost them 100s of millions.
Add to that a solo effort from Zidaaron Ramessi and a couple from Ozil for a great day. Long may it continue.

It was a great goal but it's ridiculous to say no other team in the league would have scored it. We don't always have to go overboard. Hell, I remember a Bolton (of all teams) team goal that was better. Enrique finished off a similar Liverpool move last season. Smith for Man Utd in their 7-1 thrashing of Roma was incredible. That's just from memory.

That Bolton goal was not better I don't remember to Enrique or Smith goals so obviously they were not that good. In recent memory I can only think of one team goal that comes close (Drogba vs Bolton)

opinions, opinions. Maybe find the Youtube vid for the United - Roma 7-1 game. A sequence of one touch passing from defence to attack that cut Roma to shreds. The Bolton goal was just as good for me. It didn't get the credit it deserved cos it was facking Bolton of all teams that did it.

It got plenty of credit, it was an excellent team with with 1 touch passing football but it did not require the skill or awareness Giroud & Jack showed yesterday to perform it.
