the players

A lot of people saying that moyes is not good enough but what about the players. When u look at it our defence looks to be strong but they letting in goals all over the place. In the middle of have Anderson fellaini carrick nani valencia cleverly . Apart from carrick these players don't strike fear into many teams. Even carrick wouldn't worry u like say ya ya would. I think fergie got out at the right time. He knew this team was coming to an end. Money needs to be spent big time and not on more Everton players.

I don't see the problem. You are making progress under Moyes.
Your last home game, you lost against fellow mid-table opponents, but yesterday, you managed to hold a top 4 side to a draw.......... THAT'S PROGRESS

It's David Moyes's job to organie that defence. He isn't doing. He changes the personel on a game by game basis. Can't remember the last time our back was unchanged from1 game to the next.

And his subs yesterday were absolutely WOEFUL. He cost us 2 points. Bringing Giggs on for Nani made us worse. And Smalling for Rooney invited pressure on us.

The guy hasn't got a clue what he is doing for me. Out of his depth.

Dont blame the players. The same bunch of players had no problems dispatching opposition and winning the league last season.
Its the manager and his dinosaur tactics

It's not often I agree with Wayne and Robin. But today I do.

Moyes is so far showing why none of the other big PL clubs have considered him over last 10 years when they have constantly been changing manager. He's not up to it.

The buck stops with the manager, but this same group of players were regularly rotated under Fergie and managed to get results. For me, the problem is that whoever came in, the players would have to get use to him, and the fact that quite a few questioned Moyes in the first place just adds fuel to the fire.

The fact that only Fellaini has come in to freshen things up means that these players are use to Fergie ways and need to quickly to adapt to Moyes ways, if there were a few more fresh faces then that would probably have helped more, and I think the board is just as responsible (more responsible?) for more new faces not being there.

People questioned what Fergie did all the time when we didn't get the right result, it will be a 100 times worse than that for Moyes, but that's all part and parcel of being manager at Utd. But overall, although it is tough, I still think we need to show a bit more patience.

You had the squad to beat Southampton but Moyes was way too cautious with it. I think he's bottling it, doesn't mean he won't come good though. More patience required.

How much ball work is being done in training?

Tbf, your midfield hasn't struck fear into any team for a number of years. It was a solid defence and water tight background staff/manager that helped get you those titles

And a fantastic forward line chambers.....but the midfield is the problem, add fabregas or modric and the team changes big time. At present time we must play 3 in the middle which means cleverly. United looked best against Liverpool when he did that as united 2 just get overran each game. A carrick Felliani cleverly midfield will be very good but the young kid has been a wonderful bright spark and is going to be a star......chin up lads in 8th 5 points behind city who play Chelsea next week so it's not all bad!

Why do you keep saying five points behind us? It's arsenal who are the form team and you play them soon.
