So we are in for a rough ride the next couple of seasons and we may as well have deaf ears and blind eyes with anything related to arsenal until this whole thing blows over. For now concentrate on your studies, businesses..... and wives
That is the advice my mother would give me :/
Take a gap year or two from arsenal

Wimbledon fans saw their team taken from them, rebuilt from scratch and followed AFC Wimbledon from the very bottom.
Manchester City fans watched their team fall all the way down to the 3rd tier, Wolves fans watched their team struggle in the 4th tier, etc etc etc.
You lot are crying because a couple of players are leaving and you are unhappy we haven't spent billions on new players.

Yes that oh and the fact that we pay the highest ticket prices in the world.

well dont go then, no one is forcing you to go if you are that unhappy

If you cannot afford/are not prepared to pay for tickets then don't.
Thats completely different to completely turning your back on the team, as the OP suggests, until we start winning trophies.

I'm saying it's ok for Wimbledon, Wolves and that other side you mentioned because they weren't getting ripped off and told lies about how bright the future is.

what garbage - wimbledons owners completely destroyed their team and even had the gaul to move miles away from their town.

Wimbledon were taken to Milton Keynes against the wishes of the majority of their fans, who were given absolutely no voice.
That is a lot worse than the lies you percieved you have been told.

What a ridiculous article.
I'm looking forward to this season massively. There is nothing better than being the underdog.
With a squad and brand of football like ours, we are perhaps the most blessed of all 'underdog' supporters. You would be mad not to be excited about watching our team fight for a title that we have been all but written off for.
Yes it would be nice to be the favourites in every game and confident of walking to the title. But surely then every win would just be met with 'business as usual' and every loss would be met with frustration and moans.
Oh right. I get it. That's what you enjoy. Bragging and moaning in equal measure...

I hate to play the "old geezer" card, but just be thankful you weren't at Highbury during the early to mid 80s.
And to try wdom, to try to compare Arsenal's season ticket prices with what happened to Wimbeldon is just ridiculous.

Is it ironic that his username is "What does optional mean" and he is moaning about having to pay high prices for tickets??
