Fair play to Liverpool. I know I was taking the pi55 the other day, but they look like a proper team. Only team this season to make us look that amateur. They were just unstoppable today so we'll have to move on.

Time to wave bye bye to Anelka

Looks like the good Liverpool turned up today. Hope to God that's the case against Arsenal otherwise we'll get stuffed.

Sess and Billy had a go. Everyone else....poor!

Thought Mulumbu was one of our better players too, JH. Sess showed class again but wasted on the wing, doesn't get the ball enough

It wasn't Anelkas fault we gave 4 goals away but what I am a bit peed about is that we couldn't give Liverpool a game because he was pretty useless.

Before the game, when I saw his name, I wondered just how we would get on with 10.5 men against a very good Liverpool.

I loved Anelka when he played for us, I think he can still be a good player.

He will probably get the benefit of the doubt but with one quarter of the season gone i had hoped he would have re-aclimatised to prem football by now.

He just looks like he's half a pace off all the time.

Perhaps when he finally scores his 1st prem goal he will kick into life...
