Disappointing defeat yesterday and we must look forward to the next two games. We should definitely beat palace but my question is would any of you consider resting some players at the weekend in order to accommodate the Chelsea game because we really cannot afford to go out in the competition due to a poor second team and also keeping in mind the Liverpool game a couple of days later. Or would you play complete back up and hope for the best like vs WBA?
In my opinion i would make three changes at the weekend. Cazorla for Ozil, Monreal for Gibbs and Flamini for Ramsey.
Team vs Palace:
Szczesny
Sagna Mertesacker Koscielny Monreal
Arteta Flamini
Rosicky Cazorla Wilshere
Giroud
vs Chelsea:
Fabianski
Jenkinson Mertesacker Vermaelan Monreal
Flamini Ramsey
Gnabry Ozil Cazorla
Bendtner
vs Liverpool back to full strength.
Just want to play Monreal vs Palace also because he's only had one start all season and Gibbs looked a bit weary yesterday.
PS. I really think Gibbs could have stopped that first goal yesterday if he came diving in full speed. He would have blocked it comfortably. Instead he just took a few steps and stopped. Did anybody notice that?

No play the strongest team on Saturday. I don't want us to lose momentum in the league.
As for Chelsea, mourinho will play a strong team and I'm pretty sure Wenger will beef up the team that beat west brom.
If he picks the same team that he did for west brom then it's purely a question of how many for Chelsea

We have enough depth to play our strongest team v Palace. Definitely wouldn't have Özil, Ramsey and Cazorla in the League cup just before a massive double of games.
Hopefully Flamini. Will get booked Saturday and miss the Chelsea game with suspension, rather than pick one up later and miss a big game.
Don't see the need to play Arteta and Flamini v Palace, much prefer to Ramsey alongside Flamini.
Also would be nice to see Gnabry start v Palace on the wing.

This is the team I would play vs. Chelsea.
Fabianski
Jenkinson Sagna Vermaelan Monreal
Arteta Rosicky/Wilshere
Gnabry Eisfeld Ryo
Bendtner
With injuries we already have we shouldn't risk many of our first team.

Its an interesting conundrum. If Flamini fit he will start in place of Ramsey. It was Wengers intention to rest Rambo against Norwich but that didnt happen. Arteta hasn't played loads so I expect him and Flamini to start. Would like to see Cazorla, Rosicky, Gnarby against Palace. Ozil on bench.
Not sure about the Chelsea game. We all know AW doesn't usually put out his first team. I can see Verm, Nacho and Jenks playing, maybe Cazorla for match fitness purposes....dunno who else!!!
