Now there were a lot of fouls yesterday from both teams but one or two things made me wonder what games the pundits are watching
1 - Aguero was apparently "elbowed in the back of the head"
Now i actually ran it back and watched it at least 7 times and all i can see is Terry's FOREARM just about touch Aguero's upper back. So why did the little stay on the floor for so long?
2- Hazard penalty claim- Apparently acoording to Neville he "tripped over his own feet"
Again i ran it back and Hazards feet couldn't have been further apart had he tried to do the splits.
Do i have a differnt game screened to my T.V or is commentary getting worse and worse?
For the record i am not sure if Hazard should have had a penalty. on another day that would have been given but i feel it probably would have been a tad harsh.
Anyway my point is that some things that are blindingly obvious are banded to be much more malicious than they are.
Is it because it is Chelsea and most view us as the evil Millionaires (But strangely love City)
Is it because the media and pundits alike seem to have a love in with the northern teams (Liverpool, United, Newcastle, City etc...)
OR is it because punditry is getting worse generally and has nothing to do with certain pundits obvious bias?
Aguero incident and bad punditry

Was it a dive though? Or do you think that he just left his leg out knowing the defender wont be able to get out of the way of it? (trying to win a penalty)

It was a dive IMO. The way he jumps into the air proves the point.

I get that you think it was a dive but " jumps into the air" and falling to the ground are two differnt things and i feel he did the latter.
Saying jumps into the air sounds like he did a little piroette and finished it off with jazz hands rather than what actually happened which was him just going down a little easily.

Yeah I did exaggerate slightly but he does dive in that if there was contact he never would have gone down like he did, he dives forward. No turns or pirouettes which was a let down.

Would appreciate it
What's your thoughts on him in general? Remember the hype being pretty intense before he announced he was going to you. I know he was shortlisted for Player of the Year last season, but for me I've been a bit underwhelmed. Am I being harsh?

Zabaleta trips him makes no contact with the ball. I f that is outside the box its a free kick but because it is inside its harsh to give it.

Hazard is a one man wreacking ball tears RBs to shreds. Wait till you see him against Arsenal can you imagine what will happen to Sagna or Jenkinson.

Hazard has been awesme at times but is yet to do it against the "bigger" teams.
I believe it will come though
