...the one player we're missing the most didn't cost any.
I said at the beginning Flamini would be a revelation, because he is a fighter. Forget poseurs, wannabes, money grubbers, finessers and up-and-comers, we need every player in the squad to adopt Flamini's never say die attitude. That way, we'll be OK.
I'm worried that, if Wenger sees how crucial Flamini really is, he'll try to rush him back and just cause a bigger injury, and we'll miss him for longer.
For all the money we could have spent...

We needed a striker, 0 shots on target with bendtner on the field. Shows how much we struggle when Giroud is resting. Its a matter if time now for podolski to come back from injury. Hope that eases our striking options until January.

We are missing Theo/Poldi and the Ox who are integral to our attacking game. When they return we will have more of a cutting edge to our play. However we will be overrun for numbers for a midfield instead of playing Ozil, Rambo and Jack out wide. Also much prefer Santi in the middle of the park

He didn't want to sign a contract as Wenger messed him around. End of the day he was given a 4 year deal before and stayed loyal to that deal.

Flamini left to play for his 'boyhood' club AC Milan, pretty much like Cesc. I can understand that, if I played for AC Milan and had the chance to play at Arsenal, I'd take it!
