The second game of the victory shield sees Scotland travel to the land of leeks after a fine win in Northern Ireland. Dundee United's Ali Coote was the hero in Ireland and Celtic player Miller is the player with the hype around him.

O'Hara and Archibald. Ali Coote of United assisted the first and played really well. Miller of Celtic assisted the 2nd but was generally poor throughout.

The Scottish women's team are doing really well just now.
The problem is that they're in a group with Sweden who are one of the best teams in the world and they might struggle to get a play-off spot with the way the groups work.

Well they are on the up anyway, I'll take any good news after Tuesday, getting something from Parkheed at the weekend would help............

We need to highlight younger age groups via media methods. Big turnaround the last 2-3 years. I do see progress at different levels.

Always think Women's football would be improved immeasurably if they played in 7'x7yd goals instead of 8'x8yd. Give the goalkeepers a bit of a chance.
Can't pretend I'm that interested in it though.

Don't mind the women's football too much, if they got on well I'd go and watch them.
And if its a boring game you can always give them marks out of 10 .......

Some of them ain't the prettiest, but there's definitely something to be said for a woman that could crush a coconut with her thighs...
