Jack can be Rosicky like. Just needs to sort out his mental state over his ankle, and learn to get his head up.

Rosicky moves the ball a lot quicker and plays with more urgency than Wilshere. Wilshere dwells on the ball a little too long and gets caught on it. It's somethig he has to improve on.

He was pathetic against wba. He was one of the reasons we created so little and hr got a lucky deflected goal.
