Trading in old games/consoles

If you're getting an XB1 + PS4 I would highly recommend using Amazon's trade service to trade your old 360/PS3 games if that's what you're doing, they let you print a freepost label and send it off to them, their prices are better than most other places too. I'm trading in some old 360 games for Forza 5 (ONE), Batteries, Blu Tack and cóck shaped pasta

They gave him a free month though, right? They did that for me when I complained about it.

If it helps I ordered something from amazon last tuesday and it came next day, using the free 3-5 day delivery option
