Call Of Duty - Ghosts

Ghosts made more than $1 Billion from its first day on sale, $200 Million more than GTA 5 did.

Activision has announced that it sold more than $1 billion of Call of Duty: Ghosts into retail for the game's worldwide launch.


Curiously, the publisher has decided against disclosing how much money was generated by sales of the game in the first 24 hours; instead, this figure merely reveals how much stock was sold to retailers ahead of launch. It doesn't confer any insight into actual sales to consumers.
So while it may sound like COD: Ghosts succeeded in its aim to snatch back some records from GTA V, we don't actually know what's happened yet. GTA V made $800 million from sales in its first day; Activision hasn't released a comparable figure for Ghosts yet - possibly because it doesn't want to.

Used to love cod, back in the old days all the way up to world at war but its to samey now, prefer battlefield as a war game, used to love zombies but theyy made thatvtoo complex, all it had to be was shoot loads of zombies!!!

This is exactly how i feel - CoD ( i am talking original WW2 PC only versions) were masterpieces, this latest lot really is a old game with new textures stuck on, gave up when they had infinity spawning enemies..........

How the heck can you release a fantastic game like MW2.........and then fluff it so badly.

Im on teh verge of giving up and getting back to Black Ops 2.

Very dissapointing.

Mqay even give Battlefield 4 a go, never played any before, but Ghosts is pathetic.

Holding off buying a PS4 too,until a few more games are released

Most of the original Infinity Ward developers who made CoD 4 and MW2 are gone, they've actually created new studio called Respawn now under EA.

Must admit it, think I'm going back on to black ops 2.

I can't get used to it. Maps are huge, spawning then dying instantly. Also no target finder!

I know there's the new heat sensitive scope, but there was no better feeling than blasting someone who was camping with the red diamond around them.

Generally disappointed, and it's more of a chore now.
