feck off GT. When you judge other players you say stats are not the only thing when you judge Giroud you change that opinion. He was shocking aart from the assist

We must target a striker in the January window. Success his season rests on recruitng a front man with different qualities to Giroud- by that a mean pacy and nimble around the box.

He doesn't get as many goals and assists as other strikers, but his contribution to the team is immeasurable.

As long as he is contributing to the goals then what's the problem?

Not to say another striker is not needed.

Giroud was dreadful last night. If the ball didn't bounce of him, he gave it away with his stupid flicks. He is just so bloody naive, always looking for the perfect goal, never keeping it simple. There are times when we needed him to hold the ball up for us and he was nowhere to be seen, and his decision making for most of last night was a shambles.

That being said, he was good at defending corners, he won a great header for Ramsey's goal and created a good chance for him a few minutes later. His performance was not 'disgusting' but it just wasn't one of a top striker. Imagine what a player like Drogba would do in this team. We would be unstoppable.
