Join the ja606 crew in gta we need more people in it. I'd definitely buy BF4 before a COD game at least they aren't just releasing a map pack and calling it a new game. Looks pretty good and in two minds whether to get it now or with an Xbox one (as soon after launch as possible) or wait 6 months and see if they have issues like the 360 launch consoles. I lost several xboxs in the space of a year to the dreaded red rings and if the consoles are faulty might switch to ps4(really don't want to)

I will be buying BF4 in the next few days, can't wait! My friend plays on the first 20gb Xbox consoles and bought the game, said there were no setbacks or problems in terms of graphics and he was really enjoying the game and maps. I loved BF3 and it is probably the only EA game which doesn't pee me off! Not really a COD fan anymore, same thing every year and it's full of little kids just noob tubing and griefing.

On the contrary that's exactly what they're doing

I'm still waiting for the next battlefield bad company release. Can't be bothered with the faceless military shooters any longer. The run n gun has grown tiresome. Bring back the strategic shooters of Rainbow Six and Ghost Recon.

The last ghost recon doesn't count. Crap.

I have my worries about Rainbow 6()Patriots.

As someone who loves Battlefield, and still enjoys playing 3 i have to agree with the comments above which this is not a sequel but a big big update exactly like CoD this time round. Yes it looks very pretty but at the heart of it its just BF3 with bigger destructable buildings.

However, if i had the time i would buy this - unfortunetly i havent so this will go on the back burner and i will prob wait for the gold edition. Still a very good game but not much of a difference from 3 imo.

Maybe it is just a map pack but at least they aren't releasing new "games" a often as COD. They really take advantage of their fans. Personally I'm more a Halo fan anyway.
