we need jara an vaughan, but hendo will be isolated playing him as a lone striker in most formations.

So in a sense, standard diamond but with a striker sacrificed for a two man holding role. Hope that vaughan is good enough to eventually play that role on his own.

The eleven almost pick themselves. Reid in for Abdoun. Leaving just a decision on who replaces Hendo. It doesn't make much difference, they're all ineffective. Maybe the manager will throw them a curve ball by selecting Tudgay or Miller. I'd like to see two strikers really. They proved last week that they are comfortable defending with two banks of four.

Mackie will need to make sure Schlupp has to defend and stop him getting forward. Schlupp and Knockeart are they're key players we have to get a grip of them.

I think Wes would prefer to be up against Hendo so we should probably pick Derbyshire (or Tud) and tell him to stay on his feet and close Wes down quickly whenever he has the ball at his feet.
