I'd like to say this was a knee-jerk reaction by myself but it's not because I had my doubts about it last season. I often look at AVB and wonder if he's got a clue what he's doing:

Strange team selections
Strange tactics
Repeated mistakes (high line with no pressing)
Lack of nous to change the course of a game

I remember saying it in the arsenal game this season, there doesn't look to be a distinct style or pattern of play, no intent to win, just ambling about hoping they'd nod off and let us score. Same again today for 45 mins. Persists with a tactic that isn't working, a poacher who wasn't getting much service....

.... So what does he do? Play the exact same way, but throw another poacher on!!! Just added more congestion to an already congested area, mind-boggling.

I admit I am starting to get worried. I honestly feel we could be looking at a 7th 8th place finish this season while also playing poor football. If that is the case AVB will be sacked.

He is only the head coach,this looks like someone else is calling the shots, AvB never played this type of football at Porto,so is it Baldini,Levy, or maybe Alan Sugar.

Oh let`s just sack the manager after just our 3rd defeat of the season, and frankly although Spurs were poor first half, they had enough chances and shots on target today to win several games. I watched all 3 games today, and Spurs were still the best of all six sides, and created more chances than all the other teams put together.

Congratulations Sandy, you once again prove the biggest t wat on the site. Who said sack AVB now - I merely pointed to the end of the season and if things are the same I will bet your school dinner money that AVB is up the road.
