I don't care if it's a marque signing or not, just sign players that can deliver.
Is Lukaku a marque signing? No, he isn't; but the Club signed him because he has potential to be great, and also to provide competition for the current strikers.

That same approach should be used to sign players for these problem areas, it musn't be a marque signing, but an effective and talented player!

Yes, we have made a couple of signings, but like I keep saying...we need 2-3 more players to be the complete package.
Problem areas:
1) Malouda: doesn't provide width
2) Creative mid: Josh is very good, but is the manager going to rely on him for the entire season to provide us with the much needed creativity?
3) RB: Bosingwa is not the same player he was some seasons ago, Ivanovic is simply not a natural RB, hence; why AVB hasn't tried him there.

Address these issues, then there will be no more moaning!

Yes, which confirms that no one is being negative!
If the Club are really looking into these players, and not just rumours, then it confirms that the Club have identified the obvious problem areas as well, and not just a matter of some fans being negative.
I believe we all want the best for the Club, so constructive criticism is always encouraged.

Every supporter has the right to comment on their team and about their beliefs. It is childish and a little absurd to expect rose tinted comments from everyone all the time, particularly when there is good reason to be cautious. We arent all exitable school kids, some of us have been supporting this club for decades and understand the value of realism. And then of course there are supporters like noseblock.

i have been supporting chelsea since 1997 since i moved to london....i am originally from northern cyprus and no im not a school kid and i dont expect us to win trophies every season but with the squad we currently have atleast we can hope for a title push.am i wronly in being a bit optimistic..i never said we have to win...i just said im optimistic we can!!
