Teams always roll over for United

United were pretty crap to watch last season

Agree Kaisers. Still are. But that fact was very well publicised and our triumph by playing awful football at times was seen as a damming indictment of the state of the league. We only won it due to others not producing apparently, even though are points tally was very impressive.

The league last year was fairly poor in truth but it is no better this year and the team leading the way are just as hard to watch and adopt similar tactics to what we did.

Man utd were the most exciting last season. Last game of the season summed it up 5-5 lol and whats worse is at 5-2 down man utd had more then twice as many chances that were easier to score then the 5 goals we scored yet we somehow drew 5-5. So many comebacks in champions league and league it was the comeback season for half of it.

Hajfur, we were not exciting. We did what we had to do to get results and that was about it. What was basically a testimonial game at the end of the season is not a good barometer of our overall performances.

I'm sorry mate but this is one of the craziest articles i've ever read and i've done some of those crazy articles!

Firstly Arsenal have been playing some excellent stuff. So the whole 'they've been as dire as us last season' narrative is odd to say the least.

And secondly, how the hell is this season like the last? Last year it was only really every United in the race for the title but this year there are 4 or 5 teams who can really challenge and maybe if Spurs can put a run together it can be 6 teams.

This year is the most unpredictable season i can ever remember and very few teams are lying down for anyone.

I don't think you won it because others were crap, you won it because you kept getting results even if you got outplayed, overran, etc. You always found a way. You got 89 points FFS.

You won it with ease because others had poor seasons though

United only ever win the league when it's due to every other team having poor a season.
