It would be difficult not to start the same XI but you would've thought Giggs would've had to have come off at 3-0.

Spurs have far too many youthful explosive players in midfield to play Giggs twice in a week.

I don't want to see any needless changes to disrupt the team though. Possibly Cleverely in for Giggs. Vidic in for Rio if he's 100%.
