Why did Manny refuse to take proper drug tests? It doesn't matter that he accepted in 2 years later. The point is that he refused to take the random tests.
That is what scuppered the fight. Anything else is urinating in the wind.
So please do not deflect. Stay on topic or else.....

In all seriousness, Pacquiao is the closest one out there to handing Floyd a defeat so lets hope all politics aside - Arum, GBP, HBO, Showtime, testing etc. we can see these two get it on late next year.

I'm not lying at all, and I will prove it if you promise to not move the goal posts of your argument and drop this matter.

The goal posts are set in stone d4. The issue is not 6 months after their first proposed fight was first supposed to have taken place. The issue is why Paq initially refused to take strict and random blood tests and why he (and Arum) came up with their various weird and wonderful excuses bordering from the absurd to the ridiculous.

PAC dodged the tests and thus dodged fighting Floyd when devoid of gear. Cheat.

Are these the same tests Lance Armstrong took?
No Lance's tests were much more stringent 365 days a year and full testing up to the day of the event.

Ducking the issue as badly as Paq ducked the testing I see d4
