Haven't posted in a while. But today is my lowest ever point as a United fan i would say, i am usually optimistic but i cannot see this ending well for Moyes.
Moyes himself looks out of his depth, and the new staff behind him the same.
But....
The players are to blame too. Just not doing it.
Its not a case of 1 or 2, its FAR too many, so who IS good enough.
Well, Rooney has been great, RVP is obviosuly a top player. De Gea hasn't been at fault really.
DEFENCE:
Our old top players of Vidic, Evra and Rio are not greats anymore. Rio has declined dramatically. Vidic isnt the beast he was and is injury prone and Evra isnt the same player he was a few years ago. Im not saying sell them. Im saying we need to realise they cant be relied on as much now ( Moyes has seen this with Rio and possibly Evra as hes trying to buy a LB). Rafael is class, hes fine. Smalling, Jones, Evans are decent players but are they top defenders. No, not yet. For me Buttner is not good enough to replace Evra
MIDFIELD:
As we all know, awful. Fellaini looks pretty dire. Cleverley i think could become good but never great. Anderson and Giggs, no.... Carrick is a very good midfielder but he can't do it on his own. I love Kagawa, but he is not right for our team.
WINGS:
Valencia never gets dropped, why?! I think he's a useful option but shouldnt play as much. Nani is not playing enough. Young awful. Why is Zaha not getting a game when everyone is playing badly. The one thing Moyes has done well is give Januzaj his chance.
STRIKERS:
Rooney and RVP top players, Hernandez is a fine backup, Welbeck should only be used here, and only if desperate..
I think we HAVE to make at least 2 signings in January, a CM and probably a winger maybe even a defender?
So, who is good enough?

how about losing two champions league finals to barca?
or the last minute aguero goal?
or the 1-0 loss to leeds at old trafford? the 6-1 against city?
jesus man, we may be struggling (we will get better) but that comment is scandalous. we just ended a 11 game unbeaten run.

I was glad to be in a CL final, proud in fact.
I was upset that we lost out to CIty, but saw it coming.
Now, well, we have gone from winning the league to probably finishing 5th/7th

Rooney has been good but sometimes I cant help wishing he will have a better understanding of situations in the goal mouth;
too often i have seen him try to chip when he should just unload and then unload when a calm ball is needed; not blaming him for the defeat but he had a chance when he should have just passed the ball into the net and instead he took that shot into row Z frustrating to see

We don't need a defender. Well, maybe a LB
Start playing Smalling, Evans, or Jones at CM and having Rafael and Fabio are fantastic options at RB.
CM needs investment but we have been saying that for 5 years at least.

Like BusbyBabes says, those moments were awful to watch but at least we were there, in the mix trying to win trophies. And if we lost a big game, you could always say well next season we will have another chance and will probably win it.
With this its different, its like we're fading away and everyone else is getting stronger. I am only 24 so can't remeber the real dark days.
I just feel now, the results are not good and the football we're playing is even worse.
