For me gk and rb picks itself, id place naughton at lb as verts is missed at cb but I still expect verts to be placed at lb. Sandro , capoue and paulinho form a strong middle 3 with dembele and holtby fighting to be in there. Lennon should be placed on his natural side and lamela should start ahead of townsend as should soldado ahead of defoe.
