Most of us are looking towards the January transfer window as a time where positive changes would be made, that's fair enough.
But here are questions I have considered:
* Is it really players that we lack?
We currently possess better quality and more experienced players than Southampton, Everton and even Liverpool and yet not only have we had comparatively poor results, we have played insipid football.
Consider however the football played by Southampton and Everton this season, and even Swansea.
I have also always wondered, even when SAF was here, what we really do in training if our players lack confidence with the ball at their feet and cannot even string passes together without being gripped with apprehension at the sight of an opposing player, and eventually hoof it away.
You don't see such fear of the ball in Southampton players even though we see them as a small club.
You may have noticed Evans or vidic or smalling or jones or cleverley in many occasions pointing the guy with the ball to hoof it to a distant player while they stand there next to him, afraid to receive the ball.
Pochettinho is a quality manager.
* Secondly
Which of the quality players that we are all hoping for will actually aspire to be coached by Moyes?
Considering these it appears to me that the only option United has of improving the quality if this team is to relieve Moyes of his duties.
What do you think?
Please back it up with reasons not insults.
Why January may not be crucial as we think

Judging. He their pre-match warm ups, a load of running around then shooting at the keeper
He also tells them the team on the match day in the dressing room.
It's a typical, British Sunday League scenario
And Rash, Ando isn't a bad player, he's shown that against players like Gerrard and Cesc. He's just never been able to stay fit.

I can't think of that many obvious choices for his replacement.
I wanted Klopp in summer and I'd LOVE him to join now, but would you leave Dortmund for United right now? I wouldn't. Neither will he.
Ole Gunnar has future Utd manager written all over him. Is he ready yet though? Probably not although I'd prefer him over Moyes.
Hiddink is available but is 67 yrs old.
De Boer at Ajax possibly?
There's not too many obvious choices is there?

We need a proven winner, another risk is the last thing the club needs.

I can't see the board sacking him until summer, but I can't see them investing heavily in January either, in case he wastes another £28 million on a big hairdo.
Whatever happens, I reckon Moyes will be here till the end of the season at least and when he fails to deliver CL football, he'll be shown the door.

Who is this proven winner we can get though?

That's the all important question. We should have interviewed more people in the summer.
Jose was available, even if we didn't take him in we should have enquired about his services. 3 years of Jose would have been perfect, especially in hindsight.
It's a shame that we didn't explore other avenues.

What about pochettino?
I am impressed by what he has done at Southampton, ESP with football style. To me that should be the basic for any new generation manager and David Moyes lacks this.
Which future then do we seriously have against managers like pep, klopp and other rising ones in the future? I seriously thought after losing twice to Barca that Fergie would address our football style but he really didn't.

Why should the board wait till the end of the season knowing we wont get top four? Getting top four is more important than backing manager or dealing with financial and PR losses of sacking a manager.
Glazers are smart people, If Moyes fails to win next three matches, he'll be sacked imo
We can get someone as an interim manager till end of the season, surely a lamppost could have done a better job than moyes did so far. then we can go for Klopp or carlo in summer

I'd imagine it would end up the same way as Moyes. Let's face it, we have a squad if champions, se very egotistical characters who, in my opinion need keeping in their place.
If they don't respect the gaffa from the off, we end up with another situation like we have now where the playing aren't playing for the manager.

Wouldn't mind a good German Manager to be honest.

Busby
Then in addition to getting rid of Moyes, who has little modern football awareness I am afraid, we must replace the team with quality young players like Januzzaz with no history of trophies with united?
