Next summer

It's so vital we buy well & move out the deadwood. Every bad purchase or missed target is going to make this transition longer & start damaging the idea of utd being one of the biggest clubs in the world.

For the record I still think we will be able to attract a draxler/koke type player even without CL, the same way city were able to in the early days of the sheik...pay over the odds on wages.
My criteria would be them currently Playing outside the PL (I don't get this adapting to the PL argument) -Interesting how none of the big clubs brought within the PL last window other than us with Fellini. Top players adapt quickly & clubs in Spain/Germany are more likely to sell to us then barca/bayern same way bale was never going to be sold within the PL by Spurs. Also the media attention is always worse for intra-PL moves - compare the amount written about Fellini & Lemela for example.

Times like these make it all the more sweeter when we inevitably return to the top.

Moyes hates technical, skillful players. Ge ready for signings like Fellaini, Jagielka, Nolan, Osman etc
I wouldnt trust Moyes with a penny. There is a reason why Kenwright didnt give him money. When he got it he spunked it on dross like Yakubu and Bilyaledtinov.

People need to hold their horses about next summer. At the moment, there's far more chance of Moyes not being our manager by then anyway.

Villa, Westham, Hull etc who are coming up before christmas looked a kind run of games back in August. NOW all those clubs will be relishing taking on this current spineless United outfit.

I think he'll be gone by Jan 1st.

Not sure it is the players. Look at the players on the pitch yesterday, would say its a pretty strong lineup. There were bits of individual skill from Nani and Januzaj, everyone busted a gut but there was hardly any chances on goal. It was the collective that was failing. No one twos, very rushed when in the opposition last third, whereas we used to build up a bit more (like all the top teams). I guess this thing of putting in a quick cross means that more often than not there's hardly anyone in the box. Also is Moyes telling the players play the ball quickly at all costs undermining players decision making and creativity
