You must always take your cod liver oil in tandem with that procedure right enough. Let that be a lesson to ya.

Has a good insight of scottish football!

Never really listen to Traynor as he usually just screams at his callers when they have made good points, or picked out evident flaws in Traynor's opinion. He will usually shout and then cut them off, but he pretends they just hanged up because they were beaten by Traynor's intellectual superiority. Complete t!t. Another person from that "Rag" who thinks that their opinion matters more than the average man on the street.
Listening to Superscoreboard driving home from the game to hear the results for my coupon; Guidi came on and said: "Dundee United could have had three or four!". I know Guidi is actually a Celtic fan, but I thought we played well today.

Yes, you are right: think he writes for the Scotsman. Have never read that paper and have only heard him once on the BBC.

Watching Newcastle v Arsenal now, wonder are Arsenal there for the taking with Fabregas and Nasri gone. Newcastle 11to4 in running, not sure about backing Newcastle though.

As much as I admire the football that Arsenal play and their youth policy, the current state of the English Premier League means that teams need money to be successful. Arsenal seem reluctant to go out and buy established players, yet are willing to sell the club's crown jewels. The Arsenal support must be very frustrated.
