He sacks a manager every 2 years on average. Success can never be instant and he demands it. We need stability and we will never get it as long as Levy has a say in who manages this club.
To sack a manager with our highest points per game tally in our PL history is a farce. Man Utd and Arsenal have proven that stability works.
Spurs are doomed to mediocrity and I blame it on Daniel Levy. Say what you like about his business-like approach and financial shrewdness, he is not capable of leading a club to success.
Levy Out

Its easy to look at the points and think Levy has been extremely harsh.
However over the last year or so have we really progressed? have we ever looked particularly convincing in the PL on a regular basis? Why is it that the likes of Arsenal, Liverpool etc can demolish 'lesser' teams 5-0, yet we struggle with 1-0 wins?
For me we haven't progressed sufficiently, and so despite being supportive of AVB throughout his time at Spurs I don't think Levy has been as harsh as perhaps it seems.
On a separate note I find it really concerning that we appear to buy players that the manager does not want, seems madness to me

Spurs could do a lot worse than bring Harry back. Shameful sacking of AVB though.

Levy is a brilliant business man and has done wonders for us financially. But he is a terrible football desicion maker and he should let others make decisions based on football

And since RA took over we've proved changing managers does too.

Levy and a lot of our fans are to impatient. Demanding instant success, bringing 10 players in and expecting them to sit in 4th or above after 18 games is ridiculous. The team needs a season to bed in and that's what the project was about, it's a shame a long term project will never be possible at Spurs.

Levy has taken Spurs from midtable to established champions league challengers.
Unfortunately other than Harry he isn't very good at hiring managers.

I agree with this to an extent. However I feel fans and Levy would have been a lot more patient with AVB if there had been signs that we could play attractive and progressive football. For instance if we played like Liverpool under Rodgers in his first season where we finished in a poorish position but demonstrated an ability to play well, then I think most would have accepted that we were in transition and been patient. However we haven't done this in a season and a half, we are still extremely rigid in our approach, and AVB's team selections and tactics have increasingly become more bizarre.

I understand where you are coming from but I just don't see an end to this Managerial revolving door. He needs to be patient and give a manager 2-3 years. AVB wasn't doing badly and just because we weren't playing the Spurs way isn't a reason to sack him.

I remember when Rodgers took over an we still struggles at ti ex but he fans were happy at the way we played, we could see we were heading in the right direction.
The fans must shoulder done of the blame, the overreaction to some of your results cost AVB his job!
