call a football club, Chelsea FC, has there ever been a worse owner, and a more classless club in football history. I reckon it is about time Abramovich learnt to speak English, and started to give statements to one and all on why he is bringing the English game into disrepute, by continually sacking his managers.

Really is pathetic. What an absolutely shocking decision. 3 points off City...
Chelsea 18 managers in 6 years.

Chelsea-the only club where the owner picks the team and the team pick the manager.

Hearing the mercurial Roberto Di Matteo is in the hotseat to steady the ship for the rest of the season.

For many yrs i have dreamed of watching Tottenham lift the Title and imagined the millions lining the high road the team pararded the trophy
With AVB as manager and if Levy releases funds to help him get the players in he wants i truely believe we could win the title in the next 2 yrs ..
Fot half a season we matched anyone and then it all went wrong for many reasons but with a few quality players added to this exciting team then i really believe that the glory glory days could come back to the famousTHFC
AVB.... welcome you have joined one of the best clubs in the world and i hope you give us 100% at all times and respect all the players of the club and the fans
Lets all get behind him and dream of exciting times ahead

I cannot work out why everybody thinks it is a massive gamble taking on AVB
Forget about the Chelsea fiasco, most of that was not of his making. He will be given time and money by Dnaiel Levy to shape a side that will challenge for trophies in my opinion.
I think this is a good appointment, and certainly as good as we could expect in the current climate.

If we sign a top quality 25 goal a season forward and some quality backup in other areas as well as keeping all our key players, I think we could challenge for the title

Excluding Fergie, our manager is a cut above anything I have ever seen in the Premier league. He is a genius man manager, someone who prides himself on finding spectacular players at a good price. You only have to look at recent signings to realise how AVB is able to change the course of history and turn us into world beaters in a mater of months, the man is incredible. Like a cross between Father Christmas and Gandhi, he should be every man’s hero.
I am desperately worried about loosing him and unfortunately it won’t be long until the big guns come calling. The mancs would kill for him when Moyes fails, and Barcelona would certainly have one eye on our boss man. I wouldn’t say I love AVB but it would be a sad day for me if he were to go. Unbearable actually, much like a death in the family it would take me years to get over it.

Serious question. How the fack does that mug manage to fool so many people into actually believing that he is some sort of Messiah?
He divided opinion at Chelsea based on what? From where I was standing it was abject failure and cannot be dressed up to look like anything else.
He's now divided opinion at Spurs based on what? From where I was standing it was just more abject failure and cannot be dressed up to look like anything else and yet he still seems to now have an army of fan boys there also.

I think he can talk a very good game and I think he has a good grasp of the theory, but lacks the required skills, technique, maturity and experience to implement.
I don't understand this cult status either Summer, but there is no denying it, even though it is now on the wane
