In the wake of yet another failed Spurs manager, there's a lot of chat on here about how we never should have sacked Harry in the first place.
I'm very grateful for what we achieved with old-wobblechops, but I don't think for a minute that things would be drastically better with this team under Harry.
We know that Harry, for all his renowned 'man-management' skills, simply had a small group of favourites, and excluded all others. How would that attitude have worked with a squad of this size?
Many of us were consistent critics of his inability to get the team to either defend or attack set-pieces, and we were just as vulnerable to small teams parking the bus in his days also. (Something that obviously teams are doing to us more and more.)
All in all, yes I think AVB should have gone. But I think Harry deserved it too. Let's not try to turn AVB's sacking into something bigger than it is by also making out like it was the biggest mistake ever to get rid of Harry and that things would be just fine if he'd stayed. Let's be realistic eh?
But, but, but...Harry

Harry is a fantastic manager. Tottenham were crazy to sack him.

Corluka and Kranjcar are hardly irreplaceable players as much as I rated them.

It's sooooooooooooo funny that you can't see how Harry was a million miles better than AVB. a hundred milllion pounds spent on dross by a guy who has never played football, I need stitches! looooooooooooool

'Arry took your team and dragged it up to the CL, playing past paced attacking football.
Sacking him was a big risk that has gone horribly wrong. You are reaping what levy has sown. Old meltyface must be laughing his socks off.
