Its a position for someone who wants to gamble a little. Positives:
* terrific team sheet (all the new signings, etc),
* big squad,
*a league position that ain't bad and would look a lot better with a little luck,
* second level cup competitions that could be winnable
Negatives:
*dressing room mood may not be the best,
* very anxious chairman,
* not the most understanding or patient fans
* a situation that has to turn around immediately.
* very good chance of ending up with a "lost season".
Whoever Levy offers it to, I'll bet his first and second choices won't accept his offer. So we'll end up with a third choice at best. And that will be someone who really doesn't have any other alternatives ATM.
For example, Hoddle.

Well if its one of the first two I will blow a gasket totally.
As a player Shewood was awful and tactically pathetic so why he would do anything as a manager god only knows.
As for Capello, we have just got rid of one boring negative manager, who could at least speak english, why the hell on earth would we want another boring negative manager who has already failed in spectacular fashion
