Giroud is a good player, very good all rounder, but we need someone clinical. Diego Costa has the best shot conversion rate in Europe with 39%. Suarez with 30%. Should've bought them in summer.

Of course they did. Look at that midfield. First half they went looking for the goals but in second half he was content with the draw.

Giroud is SIMPLY poor as a striker. This is when it pays yo have a real TOP DRAW centre forward inn your ranks.

Neither was a sitter. He should have done better on both, and I'm very disappointed in him for not doing so, but to call them sitters is a bit far.

To be fair to Chelsea, like us, they are also missing a striker to win them these types of games.

Nomatter what you think about Giroud - torres ba and etoo aren't much better right now. They'll be looking for a striker just like us in Jan, whoever finds one may well be the league winners.
