Waggy, in all seriousness mate I've got mates, and I've got cousins who are RedDogs they keep telling me they're sick and tired of Billy Davies and his tactics. They rate him as a manager, I don't know why. They wished he'd change his tactics though, especially at home with one man up front.
Please don't come on here and tell me you've got no strikers at your club, cause you have. They are either out on loan, injured or suspended. This is just my opinion, Billy Davies plays boring football, he goes out playing just to not lose. One thing Billy has got, is, he knows how to organise a team, by not conceding too many goals. Now we've got a coach who actually knows how to coach a team, hence being, we've got players scoring all over the pitch. That's why we've got a +18 goal difference.

Hi Wassa, seasons greetings. I take the point on the strikers but there's not much Billy can do if his strikers are injured or suspended. As for the strikers out on loan I can understand his tactics considering we started the season with Cox, Mackie, Derbyshire, Tudgay, Miller, Blackstock and Henderson all fit and available. It wasn't healthy to have 4/5 strikers not getting games, especially when they are on big wages (particularly that useless lump Miller that some idiot manager signed and yet we hear Derby fans slagging off Billy for his poor transfers but McClaren was awful for us). We're now in a position where we only have Cox, Henderson and Derbyshire. With one injured, one suspended and the other one not trusted, he had no option but to use Halford. I'm sure if Blackstock hadn't been injured we'd have recalled him because he's the right player to come in for Henderson. Hopefully come the end of the season we'll have got rid of most of our ineffective forwards.

On anothet note it's great to see Waggy got some punctuation for Christmas

Not a fan of Billy, but at the end of the day it doesn't matter if you finish games 1 0 up or 6 0 up. Yes, I'd prefer us to play exciting football, but if we start winning regularly and playing average football I'm fine with that. Derby have done brilliantly. But you guys really need to calm down. You're doing exactly what you've always accused us of and getting carried away by a little bit of excitement. Wait and see how it goes, you're just setting yourselves up for a fall at the minute.
