Now, with all the stuff said about Mata this season, all these Jose hates him conspiracy's and all this he needs to adapt to this and that, lets have a sensible discussion about his role in this setup and Jose and what the future hold's.
Opposition fans are welcome to join the party, but any off the old crap cliche's will be deleted.
Watching us in the first half on Sunday our intense pressing was a joy to watch, Willian and Oscar are masters at the pressing game and Hazard isn't too shabby either, Schurrle also does it well when he plays. Now while Mata had improved in that aspect of the game since Jose layed down the gauntlet to him, it isn't his style of play and he is still behind those four when it comes to a high energy, pressing game.
Jose doesn't have any personal problem with the guy, Mata as an individual is a wonderful talent, off such grace and class (on and off the pitch) but if he played for Dortmund (for example), he would have the same problem playing regularly he does under Jose. Reus, Mkhitaryan and Błaszczykowski are a lot more suited to Kloop's way of playing, Mata is better as an individual than Kuba, Henrikh and you could argue Reus too, but in the high pressing counter attacking system Dortmund play, he would struggle to break past those 3.
That's why i laugh at KDB to Dortmund rumours, Mata will find it tough but Kevin doesn't have a cat in hells chance of playing unless one of the trio are injured or need a game to rest, he would be nothing more than a cover player at Dortmund, and i feel Mata would have the same problem's playing regularly with Klopp that he does with Jose.
I love Mata, in 11/12 (for the most part) he was the only aspect off our club keeping me sane, the only light in a dark, dark tunnel, but Jose has gone on record saying he wants a high pressing game, and their is 4 AM's more suited to that than he is.
Mata would still get a fair amount of game time, especially against the lesser sides, but in big games the way we seem to be going is Hazard, Oscar and one of Willian and Schurrle, and if we are playing high pressing, rightly so. Mata is better than Pedro, but Pedro plays more for Spain because he suits the system, a similar thing is now happening here.
Would it be best for all parties if he moves on (with our love)? (i actually believe he is a club legend despite such a short time here, the impact he had on the club when he joined was insane). We could get in todays market £40m atleast, and he could go back to being the 'star of the show' like he was with us for two season's.
Juan Mata - what does the future hold?

Well Kings, we will have to disagree...
West Ham home, Villa home, Basel home, Man Utd (2nd half) away, were some of my favourite ever performances by us.
Performances Jose has not come close to matching.

WE WANT TO PLAY THE SAME HIGH PRESSING SYSTEM WHICH OTHER PLAYERS ARE MORE SUITED TOO.

You wanna be like these fantastic teams.... without the football? Weird, Jose should stick to what he's always done grind out 1-0's

Shocking waste & we should be ashamed of how we are treating him...not unlike lukaku..
I wouldn't bd surprised if his agent hasn't got move lined up for him...
Terrible waste on our part...I'd play him ip front

Any other manager treating Mata like Jose has would be hounded out of the club. It's ok for Chelsea fans to accept it, but for them to pretend to agree with it is pretty low.

Comments like this make me laugh, honestly it would be bad enough this coming from a Chelsea fan let alone a fan of another club.
