I am guilty of seat envy.
I go to United games with my bro. We usually go in early with our mates but we always meet my dad in the Trafford an hour before the game. He's been going to games with sister since he was 9. The lady that used to take them is 89 and still goes with them. She has held her season ticket since 1946 and went to every single home and away game until 2001.
She probably knows more about United than all of us on here combined and is full of anecdotes; for instance I learned today that we played a home game at ANFIELD in 1971, and that the night before George Best scored hos double hat trick v Northampton the powers that be wanted him dropped for going AWOL.
To get to the point of the article title, I found out today that - because she's had the same seat for so many decades, the club are going to put her name on her seat permanently... I dunno about you, but I think thats pretty cool.

That is so touching. The Fannny Trafford seat? Will there be a photo? Did you say she went out with George Best in 1971 when she was nearly 60? What a geezer!

Spurs fan in peace.
That is cool to be fair, and the right thing to do. Respect
Also, last season I got kicked out OT at half time and went into The Trafford for a beer and to watch the 2nd half. To say that was a mistake is a slight understatement
