If he gets the backing this transfer window and brings in the players on his wish list - and then we keep sinking, then i'd agree he's not the guy for the job.

So far though he's done okay for me. Some signings have worked, some haven't. Every manager has that.

The performance yesterday was dismal, truly awful. The ref didn't help, some bizarre stuff there - but that shouldn't be used as an excuse - we should have been 4 down by half time.

He s not done a lot right yet, were not much better than last season yet fans seem to think Brian is a messiah. His formation isn't great nor was his first set of signings.
He does deserve a lot longer to get his team together though

Investment has been a problem for the best part of a decade.Managers came and went and the net result has always been the same. Our best players sold and not replaced because the Miser wouldn't invest.

Give BM a chance - he's inherited a squad of players built by NW and save a couple of signings it's still the same squad.

Perhaps we should go for David Moyes - inherited a title winning squad and is going backwards with them - I know who I'd rather have. As I say, give BM a chance and ultimately time will tell.
